The Postpartum WellMom session incorporates fitness and guided talks to nurture mind and body wellness for mothers. Each session opens with postnatal yoga designed to gently heal, rebuild strength and celebrate the postpartum body.
Wouldn’t it be nice to remember who you are as a woman as you develop who you are as a mother? Our postpartum class covers topics that will help you parent more intentionally.
WellMom is here to educate and support you as you begin your journey as a Mom. This is an interactive class for you and your baby to grow and learn not only from the instructor but from other moms in the session.

In this session, we review the key information to be communicated to women who have just given birth and their partners and/or families. This covers general care of both the mother and the baby as well as danger signs in the postnatal period. Special mention is made for supporting women with depression.
We encourage both the parents to attend the sessions but we do understand that it is really hard to take out time from your daily busy life. But believe us this time is the most special time as a parent.
One-to-one sessions are available virtually. But we love other parents to share their experiences with you and you to listen to them.
We believe a single mother and a single father are the strongest both emotionally and mentally. And we love to welcome them to be a part of our sessions.
